For those who need a little guidance in their meditation practice, or perhaps some inspiration to new meditation techniques. These daily mindfulness cards are a fantastic tool - try bringing a few of the techniques to your float session. 

A set of 45 cards to introduce positive habits into your daily routine. Learn to focus on the present, spreading positivity and self care throughout your life.

60 minutes floating in our Spirit or i-sopod float tanks. 

Total appointment time is approximately 1.5-2 hours. There is time set aside for you to shower before and after the float.

Enjoy using our groom room to dry your hair and get ready to go out once again. We have moisturizer, hand cream and other products at your disposal.

Relax with a cup of tea and some light snacks in our lounge before returning to the real world.
