THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Danish Act, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days of the purchase. We then have 14 days to refund the customer. An exemption is granted if the purchase is made in a physical store. In this case, it is up to the companies individually whether they give their customers the option to return or exchange the item. The conditions for the right of withdrawal must be agreed at the time of purchase, e.g. stated in the store's terms and conditions.
RETURN POLICY PRODUCTS & GIFT BOXES
The customer has the right to return the package up to 14 calendar days after the order was made. The customer must pay for shipping costs themselves. All products must be returned unopened, and undamaged in the condition they were sent in.
RETURN POLICY GIFT CERTIFICATES
If the customer purchased a gift certificate and would like to return it, it is possible up to 14 calendar days from purchase date. It is not necessary to return the actual gift certificate as we can simply delete the voucher code included in the package.
BOOKING TIME
All floating sessions include 30 minutes extra in addition to the paid floating time itself, so you have time to shower, change, dry your hair, etc. without having to stress. You therefore do not need to arrive early. Before you float, we will ask you to complete and sign our waiver.
BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY
Up to 24 hours before your treatment, you can freely move or cancel your appointment. Just follow the link in your confirmation email. If you still need help, you can send us an email. The deadline of 24 hours is there so that we can book someone else into your time.
If you wish to cancel within 24 hours, your purchase/"klip" will unfortunately be considered used.

Please be aware that multiple offers can not be combined. For example if you receive an offer via our newsletter, this discount can not be combined with another offer in our Gift Shop.
