45-Minute Infrared Sauna Session

60-Minute Float Session
Step into weightless, magnesium-rich water to relieve muscular tension, calm the nervous system, and achieve a state of deep, restorative stillness. Muscles elongate, the mind slows, and stress melts away.

60-Minute Personalised Massage
Our expert therapists use targeted techniques to release stubborn tension, activate endorphins, and restore physical balance — leaving the body supple, refreshed, and completely aligned.

How to Enjoy

All three treatments can be enjoyed in one seamless session (sauna → float → massage) or divided across two visits. You can float together in our float room or in 2 separate float tanks. The full experience lasts approximately 3.5 hours. Afterwards, guests are invited to unwind in the lounge with tea and light refreshments.
