• A fully supported experience while you lie comfortably, fully clothed

Your session begins with a short introduction before you settle onto the ViBoard. As the session begins, gentle vibrations and sound move through the body in a steady rhythm, helping you shift into a deeply relaxed state.

After the session, we recommend gentle movement and staying hydrated to support the body’s natural processes.
