How to Enjoy

All three treatments can be taken in one long session (sauna → float → massage) or spread across two visits. Total experience lasts approx. 3.5 hours, including shower time. Afterward, guests can continue the reset in our lounge with tea, snacks, or enjoy the Groom Room with moisturiser and winter essentials.
