A 45-minute session in our infrared sauna followed by a 60-minute float.

The infrared sauna gently warms the body, supporting circulation, easing muscle tension, and helping the body release built-up stress. This prepares you for the float, where the weightless environment allows the nervous system to settle, creating a sense of grounding, calm, and mental clarity.

In this state, the body can reset and recharge—reducing physical tension, calming the mind, and supporting overall balance.

The total appointment time is approximately 2.5 hours, with time set aside to prepare, shower before and after your float, and relax in our lounge with tea and light refreshments.

We provide everything you need—towels, earplugs, and hair and skincare products—so you can easily get ready before heading back into your day.

At checkout, you can choose between a digital gift certificate or a physical gift certificate presented in a gift box. All packaging is sustainable and recyclable, and gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
