Your experience begins with a 45-minute infrared sauna session, followed by a 60-minute float in our spacious float room for two. (Or, if you prefer, you may choose to float in two separate tanks.)

The total appointment time is approximately 2.5 hours, including ample time for showering, refreshing, and unwinding in our cozy lounge with light refreshments.

Our groom room is also available for you to dry your hair and freshen up, with a selection of moisturizers, hand cream, and other essentials to help you ease back into the day.
