The total appointment time is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, with time set aside to shower, prepare and slowly unwind before and after the float.

Everything is provided for the experience, including towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner and skincare products.

The experience can also be extended with optional add-ons such as massage, Recovery Boots, infrared sauna or vibroacoustic therapy for an even deeper sense of rest and recovery.
