What to Expect During Your Infrared Sauna Session at Copenhagen Float

The sauna session is 45 minutes, with a total time of around 1 hour. Once inside our cozy sauna room, you can choose between soft music, a guided meditation, your own music, or simply enjoy the silence. The infrared heat warms the body gently, allowing for a longer, more comfortable session than a traditional sauna.

After a few minutes, you’ll begin to feel the warmth release muscle tension and induce a gentle, detoxifying sweat. Many guests experience reduced cortisol levels, a surge of endorphins, and a natural glow afterward. Towels and plenty of water are provided to keep you comfortable and hydrated 💦.
