• Infrared heat warms the body from the inside, and our full-spectrum sauna penetrates deeply into the body and then draws out the built-up toxins. 
• As the air temperature is lower than a traditional sauna, it is possible to enjoy the heat for a longer time. It improves circulation, reduces inflammation and your skin will feel amazing after just 1 session
• As your body is warmed up, our experienced massage therapist will be able to work deeply to work out knots and release tension - without it feeling uncomfortable for you. 
• Our therapists adapt their treatment to each client, and use a whole range of techniques to suit your needs. They will speak to you about the type of treatment you would like, and if you have any particular wishes, injuries or focus areas.
• Massage is a fantastic way to promote circulation, reduce inflammation and speed up the removal of waste products from the body. 
• Our guests are welcome to relax after their session with a cup of tea and snacks in our lounge before returning to the real world.
