Floating takes place in a private room containing a spacious float tank filled with warm water and over 500kg of Epsom salt. The high salt concentration allows you to float effortlessly on the surface of the water, creating a unique sensation of weightlessness.

With no phone, no notifications, no responsibilities, and very little sensory input, many people find that floating provides a rare opportunity to fully disconnect from the outside world for an hour. Some use the time for deep relaxation, while others simply enjoy the feeling of peace and stillness.

Floating is particularly popular during the summer months. It can help support muscle recovery after running, cycling, swimming, and other physical activities, and many guests use floating as part of their approach to managing pain, tension, and stress. Summer can also be surprisingly busy, filled with travel, social events, family gatherings, and long days. A float offers a chance to pause, reset, and take some time for yourself. And when Copenhagen is warm, the cool, quiet environment of the float room can feel especially refreshing.

Your total appointment time is approximately 90–120 minutes, including time to prepare for your float and relax afterwards.

We provide everything you need, including towels, earplugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and skincare products. There is no need to bring anything with you.

After your session, you are invited to unwind in our relaxation lounge with tea, water, and light refreshments before heading back into your day.
