Your Infrared Sauna Session at Copenhagen Float

Each 45-minute sauna session is designed to be easy, restorative, and deeply calming. After a brief introduction to our private sauna room, we leave you to relax fully. Enjoy your choice of music, a guided meditation, or simply silence, while the sauna’s gentle heat gradually releases impurities and promotes relaxation.

Unlike a traditional sauna, our infrared sauna keeps the air cooler, allowing for a longer, more comfortable session. After some time, you’ll begin to feel the warming effects as your body gradually starts to sweat, releasing impurities while cortisol levels drop, endorphins rise, and your skin takes on a healthy glow.

No need to bring anything; we provide towels to sit on and plenty of water to keep you hydrated.
