How Does an Infrared Sauna Session Work at Copenhagen Float?

Each sauna session lasts 45 minutes, with a total visit time of around an hour. After welcoming you to your private sauna room, we’ll help you settle in with the option of relaxing music or a guided meditation (or connect your own phone for a personal soundtrack, or simply enjoy the silence).

Unlike traditional saunas, our infrared sauna is more comfortable, with a lower air temperature that allows you to relax for longer periods. Soon you’ll feel the gentle heat as your body begins to sweat and release impurities, leaving you calm, refreshed, and glowing as cortisol drops and endorphins rise. Towels are provided, along with plenty of water to keep you hydrated 💦
